Time To Pay the Piper (and hey..you might get it back!)
I hope you all enjoyed your Fourth of July celebrations. For those of you present at Chez Cooley, let's review a few things:- I did not spike the food with endless tablespoons of olive oil and real sugar.
- Saying "neither" to Brian's question of "Jack or Cheddar on your burger?" was completely permitted.
- Juci was the one who brought in all that mozzarella for the caprese. And no, I didn't see her force-feeding any of us!
- Marissa, go ahead and count your wine indulgences as only 2 points. You didn't drink more than 4 oz. of wine. Really.
Now it's time to put your money in the kitty (so to speak) so the biggest loser can get their winnings. I've collected from Judi, Alison, Christina and me. For the rest of you Competitors, please give me your $150 the next time we see each other.
Originally I thought checks were OK -- but Christina has a point with requesting cash only. This way the winner gets an envelope full of green without having wait for a check to clear (or horrors! bounce...) I promise, I won't spend the money until it's mine to spend.
