I don't like the way my thighs rub together.
Especially in this heat!!So, I had a frozen yogurt to make myself feel better. You know, it's funny, even though I knew I had enough "points" to have it (only half), I felt very guilty eating it. I felt guilty about drinking a diet root beer too...it seems that sweet things give me horrendous feelings of guilt. I don't know what to do about them!
This points system that the Club Chub has us working with is weird. Stacy and I can't figure out what a point exactly is, and why an hour of fast walking is only 3 points, when we burned probably 500 calories. I know that took care of the second grilled cheese sandwich I had last night.
PS - I weighed myself on my own scale this morning, and lost 4 pounds.
So there. Neener neener.
